Your Second Visit to Pairmore Chiropractic in Anchorage

Your second visit to our Anchorage chiropractic office is a very important because this is when we make our recommendations for your return to optimal health.

On your report visit we explain what we found and how we may be able to help you.

After being greeted and signing in at the front desk, you will be escorted to the examination room. Dr. John will greet you and give you a detailed report explaining your examination, nerve system scans and x-ray findings. We will answer the following questions:

  1. What's wrong?
  2. Can we help?
  3. How long will it take?
  4. How much will it cost?

You have options. Anchorage Chiropractor, Dr. John will review these options with you and then you can make the best decision for your health.

If your health problem has progressed beyond conservative chiropractic care, we will make the appropriate referral to another provider for further care. If you decide to begin care, a chiropractic adjustment will be given. This visit will take around 30 minutes.

Regular Visits

Avoid relapse with regular visits.

A typical office visit will usually only take 10 to 20 minutes out of your day. After being greeted and signing in, you will be sent to room #1 where you will perform wobble chair exercises to help stabilize the pelvis and lumbar spine and strengthen your core muscles. After you have finished, you will proceed to Room #2. Dr. John will be with you promptly.

After greeting you, Dr. John will perform an analysis of your spine which will include instrumentation with the Nervo-scope, static and motion palpation of your spinal column and visualization. After correlating his findings with your x-ray listings, Dr. John will adjust specific areas of your spine to restore normal function and reduce the nerve pressure. If necessary, you may receive ice or cold laser therapy to help support the adjustment. After your adjustment, you will proceed to the front desk where we will be happy to schedule your next appointment.
